Management
Missy
Practice Manager
Missy has been with us since April of 2018. She started in our Kennel and worked her way into surgery and eventually moved into management. Missy has always had a love for veterinary medicine and working with our patients, but she also loves working with her team and helping them grow! She shares her home with her husband, Phillip, handsome son, Wyatt, and their Labrador Timber.
Care Providers
Lynsey
Lynsey has been in veterinary medicine since 2010 and is head of our surgical team. She assists in all surgeries and teeth cleanings procedures and makes sure that all the pets undergoing anesthetized procedures at our hospital are safe and comfortable. Lynsey is currently pursuing her education to become a certified veterinary technician and has a passion for learning more about veterinary medicine. Lynsey shared her home with her husband Sean and their two boys. Lynsey has two cats named Flash and Sammy, and one corgi named Conley.
Brandi
Brandi has been with us since January of 2019. She is the lead of our care providers, and specializes in training all our new hires. Brandi is currently attending school to become a certified veterinary technician. When she is not at work, she loves spending time with her husband, Daniel, and their dogs Tanner, Ripley, and Maisie. She also has two cats, Derp and Tobi.
Hanani
Hanani has been with us since January of 2021, she is a senior veterinary assistant and the lead of our kennel department. She has always had a love for veterinary medicine and is currently in school to become a certified veterinary technician. When she is not at work she spends her time with her daughter and pets.
Cassidy
Cassidy has been in Veterinary medicine since 2011. Her love for animals started at a young age, always wanting to spend time riding horses and working with animals of all shapes and sizes. A few years after graduation high school, she started her veterinary career at a large and small animal practice in Jacksonville before goin to a small and exotic practice in Fleming Island. She loves being involved in surgeries and performing dental cleanings. She met her husband, James, through rodeo and the two spend much of their free time hunting and fishing together. They lived in Cassidy's hometown of Green Cove Springs until moving to Lake City in October of 2021. They live with their 2 cats named Godric and Tyrion, their Labrador names Bailey, and many chickens, ducks, and turkeys.
Heather
Heather is from Michigan and has been with us since August 2022. She moved to Florida in July 2022 to soak up the sunshine and avoid the snowy winters. She assists with our surgeries and has many years of experience in surgery, shelter medicine, small animal, and exotic practices. Her favorite pastime is spending time with her husband and their four children. She also shares her home with two cats, a hedgehog, and an Australian shepherd.
Kenna
Kenna has been with us since February of 2023, and she has been in veterinary medicine since 2021. Kenna enjoys working with our pets in rooms and assists in surgery as well. Kenna has a Catahoula named Ducky and when she is not at work she enjoys barrel racing and spending time on their boat.
Jordan
Jordan joined out team in May of 2022. She has always had a love for animals and plans to further her education in veterinary medicine. Jordan spends her free time making car freshies, going to the river, or spend quality time with friends. She has a English bulldog named Georgia and a pitbull named Finnley.
Client Care Specialists
Amber
Amber began her career at Lake City Animal Hospital in July of 2019. She is the lead client care specialist and loves to be around animals and interact with clients. When she is not at work, Amber loves spending time outside with her handsome husband, Brad, her loving sons Noah, Trenton, Bradley, and daughter Melanie. Amber also has two sweet kitties Pickles, and Scar.
